This disease is characterised by a build up of immune cells on the spleen and lymph nodes.

Symptoms tend to be seen at around 6 to 8 weeks and progression tends to be quite rapid after that.

Affected kittens show abdominal distension, tend to be lethargic and show weight loss due to anaemia.
